Oghenetega, or Tega for short, is a Nigerian who grew up in eSwatini, where she attended the United World College of Southern Africa. There, her love for chemistry and physics developed. As a result of her curiosity about how these subjects could be applied in the real world, she was drawn to the versatility of Chemical Engineering and moved to Norman in 2023 to start her studies. She is particularly passionate about sustainable forms of energy and is interested in exploring innovative ways to improve industrial processes and product development. In her free time, Tega enjoys watching movies and shows with friends, spending quality time with family, crocheting, and drawing.
