Ruby is interested in expanding her knowledge of chemical kinetics and gaining a deeper understanding of how a chemical engineering degree can be used to impact the advancement toward a more sustainable future. In her free time, Ruby likes to read, play the piano, and play card games with friends and family.

Sarah is from Austin, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Chemical Engineering degree with a minor in business at the University of Oklahoma. She grew up with an interest in engineering, and as she continues her major, she finds an interest in sustainability. In her free time, Sarah likes to paint, cook, and bake.

Tega grew up in eSwatini and moved to Norman in 2023. She is passionate about sustainable forms of energy and is interested in exploring innovative ways to improve industrial processes and product development. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and shows with friends, spending quality time with family, crocheting, and drawing.

Kate is from Oklahoma. She is a senior at the University of Oklahoma, and in the Gunasooriya Lab, her research focuses on the effects of acid electrolyte anions on metal surfaces and oxides through computational methods. In her free time, she enjoys baking and cooking.
